1. Introduction
This VIP Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between you (“User”) and PinoTV (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the use of VIP membership services provided through the PinoTV application (“App”). By purchasing or using the VIP membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. VIP Membership Services
VIP membership may include, but is not limited to:
- Access to VIP-only movies, TV series, or short dramas
- Ad-free or reduced-ad viewing experience
- Early access to selected content
- Higher playback quality (where available)
- Other benefits announced from time to time
Specific VIP benefits are subject to in-app descriptions and may vary by region or subscription plan.
3. Membership Eligibility
- You must have a valid Apple ID to purchase VIP services.
- VIP membership is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Sharing, reselling, or transferring VIP benefits is prohibited.
4. Membership Term
- VIP membership is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).
- Access to VIP services will expire automatically at the end of the membership period unless renewed.
5. Fees and Payments
- VIP fees are displayed clearly within the App before purchase.
- All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Prices may vary depending on region and applicable taxes.
6. Refund Policy
- All purchases and refunds are managed by Apple.
- We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
- Please refer to Apple’s refund policy for details.
7. Changes to VIP Services
We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue VIP benefits; add or remove content from the VIP library; and update membership pricing with prior notice where required by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate VIP membership if the User violates this Agreement or the App is used in an unlawful or abusive manner. Upon termination, unused membership time will not be refunded unless required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
VIP services are provided on an “as-is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of VIP services.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
