Welcome to PinoTV (the “App”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and PinoTV (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable laws to use the App. If you are under the age required by your local laws, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Account and Usage
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account credentials.
- You agree to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. Advertisements and Paid Services

- Pricing and payment terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
- All payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system, where applicable.
- Subscription and auto-renewal terms are governed by separate agreements.
9. Disclaimer
The App and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PinoTV makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, content accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinoTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App, content availability or interruptions, or technical errors or network issues.
11. Termination
PinoTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if a user violates this Agreement or applicable laws. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
